02What data we collect

We collect only the data you send us yourself, plus the minimum needed to protect the form.

• Name — as you enter it in the contact form.
• Email address — so that we can reply to you.
• Message — the content of your enquiry.
• IP address — recorded automatically when the form is submitted, solely to limit abuse and spam.

03What we use it for

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain the correspondence that follows.

We do not use your data for marketing, do not add it to any mailing list, and do not make automated decisions based on it.

04Legal basis

• Consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Given via the checkbox before you submit the form, and withdrawable at any time.
• Legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Applies only to the IP address record, for the purpose of protecting the site from abuse.

05Retention period

Data is deleted once the period has elapsed.

• Enquiries from the contact form — 1 year from receipt.
• IP address records used for abuse protection — 30 days.

06Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes.

The website and email are hosted on a server belonging to our hosting provider, which processes the data only on our instructions, acting as a data processor. We use no external email service — messages from the form are received on the same server.

The site uses no external font, analytics or advertising services. There are no other recipients of your data.

To be added: The hosting provider’s exact legal name to be added, and the existence of a data processing agreement with them confirmed.

07Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies, and no analytics, profiling or advertising tools.

Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party. As a result, visiting the site sends no information to third parties and no cookie consent is required.

08Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
